As April comes to an end, our team comes together to celebrate Earth Day, but our celebration is not limited to just one calendar day. At Flower City, we take pride in celebrating earth day every day with One Tree Planted. 

In the beginning of 2022, our team made the decision to take the pledge where each order placed by a customer, one tree will be planted in North America.

One Tree Planted (OTP) is a nonprofit on a mission to make simple toto help the environment by planting trees. The benefits of trees is extensive. Did you know from 1990 to 2007, global forests removed about one third of fossil fuel emissions annually? Trees improve air quality, play a key role in reducing the risk of natural disasters and invite biodiversity. Since 2014, OTP has more than doubled the number of trees planted each year, with over 92,000,000 trees planted.

Our team is proud to have contributed its 2022 total of 10,295 trees planted plus an extra 2,721 trees as of the end of April. We humbly thank our clients and staff for their support to make this happen.
